Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Shipping Notification: You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped.

  • Processing vs. Shipping Times: Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we only provide shipping to Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

Delivery Cut-Off Time

  • Order Fulfillment: We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. In most cases, this will occur on the same day or the next day.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders received after 11 a.m. will be shipped out the earliest on the next business day.

  • Business Hours: Orders are only processed and shipped during business hours, which are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Re-Delivery Policy

  • Missed Deliveries: If we attempt to deliver your order and you are not present to receive it, you will receive a card with details to arrange for a re-delivery.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If our courier agent is unable to reach you after 3 delivery attempts, the products will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be charged for the re-delivery according to the postage charges listed in item No.1 after arranging a re-delivery for 3 failed attempts.

During Promotion Periods

  • Peak Period Delays: During peak periods, there may be delays in shipping. Please bear with us, as we may not be able to fulfill the usual next-day delivery promise due to the large volume of orders, transactions, and availability issues.
