Return Policy
Our return policy applies to all regular-priced items and is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items or items that are grossly misrepresented in product listings.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and/or packaging intact.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, nor do we accept returns of regular-priced items beyond the stipulated time period.

Return Postage: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Refund Availability: A refund will only be available if your returned item is out of stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your request is approved, it will be processed and credited to your eWallet within 7 working days.
